property or fixed sites including both third party liability and first party on site clean
up for pollution on, at, under or emanating from a covered location. PLL is designed
to protect any entity (from Airports to Zinc plants) who owns real estate or is looking to
acquire or divest property. Mold liability available for all risks. This is tailored
to meet the environmental risk profile of a particular industry. Commercial General
Liability can also be provided in conjunction with PLL under the same policy.

Product Profile: Contractor's Pollution Liability Application: Construction Services Word or PDF | Construction Project: Word or PDF Coverage for pollution conditions arising from any type of contracting activities. CPL is for any type of contractor – roofing to remediation, general construction to environmental remediation (including asbestos, lead and mold abatement). Project specific or blanket policies. Mold liability available for all risks. Commercial General Liability can also be provided in conjunction with CPL under the same policy.
Product Profile: Owner’s Protective Environmental Insurance Application: Construction Services Word or PDF | Construction Project: Word or PDF Coverage is provided to owners for damages they incur from pollution conditions caused by contractors. The OPEI is a first party coverage that sits excess of the underlying CPL policies of the general contractor. Project specific or blanket policies. Mold liability available on all risks.
Remediation Cost Cap (RCC) Product Profile: Remediation Cost Cap Application: Construction Project: Word or PDF Indemnity programs that allow an owner or contractor to apply some certainty to cost estimating of remedial projects. The cost cap programs provide coverage for over runs of remedial costs on environmental/remediation projects.
Mold liability coverage can be incorporated into any of the above programs. Please make sure to request it in the appropriate application.
Secured Creditor/Lender Liability Programs Product Profile: Secured Creditor/Lender Liability Programs Application: Word or PDF Coverage for banks, lenders, investors and financial institutions. Such programs offer collateral value protection in the event of a loan default because of pollution on the site.
