New Day provides our active retail agent clients with access to our “interactive” website.  Our goal is to become your outsourced partner or team for environmental and professional liability management.  On the New Day website you will be able to find risk management services and information not available and not offered by many, if any, others in the industry.  You can use these services or pass the information on to your clients so they can use it directly.  Some of these more unique services include:

Risk Profiling.  Risk profiles will be available for environmental and construction related professional liability risks.  There will be templates for your clients to complete to enable them to visualize the risk, potential impact on the organization and the risk management alternatives available to their organizations.

Water Intrusion/Mold Program.  Your client will be able to access water intrusion/mold management program templates to complete in order to comply with certain insurance requirements or to manage the organization’s overall risk to water and mold.  Furthermore, companies with existing programs will be able to see current advancements made in managing water and mold.

Environmental Data Searches.  This section will provide a list of many of the search engines existing today that can assist with identifying environmental hazards.  Whether for the purchase of property or portfolios, or for contractors trying to qualify a jobsite or owner, these sites contain valuable information that help in the management of environmental risk.

Contract Language.  While New Day does not offer legal advice or services, we have accumulated a variety of contract language specimens that may assist your clients in reducing or eliminating their risk to environmental and professional liability.

Insurance Specifications.  In the event your client needs to create comprehensive language for requiring professional and/or environmental liability insurance, this information will help.  Whether it’s for an Architect/Engineer or transporter of environmental waste/materials, this section will provide the guidance needed.

Environmental Management Systems.  New Day has created a quick and easy way to get assistance for your companies looking to create environmental management systems (EMS).  With links to the most notable sites and general guidelines, your clients will be able to create their own version of an EMS or engage one of our strategic partners to do the work for them.

New Day Strategic Partners.  In order to provide a “one stop shop” for your clients, we have arrangements with several national, highly qualified risk management consulting firms to assist client in all realms of environmental and professional liability management.  Whether your client is looking for Phase I environmental assessments for a property transaction or training to accompany the above programs, it will be available to them.
