New Day Underwriting Managers LLC is your specialty resource in environmental insurance, environmental risk management and construction related professional liability insurance.   We only do business with licensed insurance agents and do not transact business directly with the consumer. 

The New Day team will provide you with the New Day Experience which will enable you to provide service to your client in a very cost efficient manner with first class service that is knowledgeable, professional and responsive.  To assist you in the process we would like to suggest the following guidelines: 

A qualified insured makes the process more efficient for New Day, the agent and the customer.  Feel free to pick up the phone and call one of our underwriters to discuss the submission before you send it in. 

  • Complete the proper application and any appropriate supplements that are necessary.  These are available on the New Day website or calling your underwriter here at New Day for assistance. 
  • Please tell us about the competitive situation.  Do you control this piece of business?  Who is the expiring carrier?  Why do you feel that New Day can assist you in placing appropriate insurance for this customer? 
  • Let us know what you are expecting for terms, limits, pricing and any other considerations.
  • Our goal is to make this process work for you.  We value our relationship with you and really appreciate the opportunity to work on your behalf.


It is easy to access the New Day capabilities. 

  • Please complete the Confidential Producer Questionnaire and the Producer Agreement and SIGN each document FOR EACH OFFICE OF YOUR AGENCY THAT WISHES TO ACCESS NEW DAY UNDERWRITING MANAGERS LLC. 
  • Provide a copy of your insurance license(s) for the state(s) in which you intend to procure insurance.
  • Provide a copy of the Declarations page or a certificate of insurance for your Errors and Omissions policy evidencing a minimum of $1,000,000 will be required.  We require that the carrier carry an AM Best rating of “A –“ or better.
